Sempre gostei de casas velhas como esta de pedra já gasta e partida, mostrando as várias camadas que o tempo vai desgastando. Os cinzentos contrastando com a côr do tijolo que vai ficando à mostra.
Gosto de ver as janelas de vidros estilhaçados onde por vezes espreitam os pombos. Gosto de ver, como aqui, que a Vida encontra sempre uma forma de se fazer presente. O verde vibrante de algo que nasceu e insiste em viver.

Old houses ... I love them. The broken walls show us the different colours of the stone and through the broken windows sometimes peek a bird ot two.
In this one I love the green fern fighting to live among the ruins.

This photo was taken last January. The sun was setting and only the fisherman and me were on the beach. I think you can imagine the sound of the small waves kissing the sand!
